We were tasked with providing visibility into the production cycle, with a focus on improving production efficiency and equipment reliability with real-time alarming and notification via email and OEE KPIs.

The Challenge

The aging infrastructure and lack of visibility made it difficult to make measured and methodical decisions.

Had this continued, it would have resulted in line stoppage, potential for unsafe work environment, and premature wear on equipment.

The Solution

We implemented Iconics as their SCADA system, with connectivity to their current production equipment.

We also expanded the project scope to the building controls to have a better understanding of the air quality in the facility when production is in full gear.

The Result

As one of our most notable accomplishments, we identified that an entire customer product line was unprofitable and actions were taken to improve the bottom line.

We also automated the CO2 in the facility to ensure safe and healthy operation for all employees.
